The Laurel

Building Scope

At 48 stories, The Laurel is the tallest residential building in Philadelphia (604 feet).  It features 65 condominiums on floors 26 and up.  Floors 3-25 comprise 1909 Rittenhouse, a collection of luxury rental residences.  In addition to the white-glove amenities like valet parking, pool and fitness center, club room and a terrace, conference room, dog spa luxury car service and rental suite. The Laurel also features 43,000 sf of high end retail space.

Highrise Products Scope

260 linear feet of 7' tall HRP Windscreen blade railing offering incredible views of Philadelphia.
