326 ft high, building gross area 431, 998 sq ft, 19 stories, mixed-use office building intentionally rises in stepped terraces that create generous, landscaped outdoor spaces with native plants and trees.  The terraces rise from  a 3 story podium, blending in with the current architectural facade of Fulton Street.
