272 ft, 26 story, 400,000 sq ft, 250 units and a green roof with views of Jackson Park to the south and Chicago's skyline to the north.

Calibrated to the optimum sun angles for Chicago's latitude - 72 degrees in summer and 42 degrees in winter - the building uses clever angles to maximize environmental advantages.  The designed cuts into the building's façade maximizes sunlight and heat during winter and minimizes light and heat gain during summer to reduce air conditioning usage.
